Moravet Pan Waterhole is a large natural pan and waterhole roughly halfway along the Upper Dune Road between Twee Rivieren and the routes toward Mata-Mata and Nossob. Set among the red Kalahari dunes, the pan can hold substantial amounts of rainwater after good rainfall and attracts wildlife such as gemsbok, steenbok and a variety of birds, including occasional unusual wetland species.
