S28 Nhlowa Road, Kruger National Park

The S28 Nhlowa Road is a 24 km gravel road in Kruger National Park about 2.3 km from Crocodile Bridge Gate. It connects to H4-2 Gomondwane Road, S107 and S137. Here's what lives along it, where to stop.

The S28, the Nhlowa road, is a gravel road between Crocodile Bridge and Lower Sabie that leaves the H4-2 and rejoins it further north, crossing open grassland. It is a favorite with birders, especially for raptors and grassland birds. Mac's waterhole, the old Nhlanganzwani dam and the Ntandanyathi hide are along the way, and the S137 links it west to Duke's waterhole and the S130 Gomondwane loop.
