About the Smiths Bush Squirrel
Smith's bush squirrel is a small, agile squirrel of southern and eastern Africa, commonly associated with woodland and savanna where mature trees provide food and shelter. It has a slender body, bushy tail and generally grey-brown to reddish-brown fur depending on the individual and region. It feeds mainly on seeds, fruits, flowers, leaves and other plant material, while insects may also be taken.
