Matyholweni Gate is the southern entrance to Addo Elephant National Park, near Colchester and about 3 km from the N2 at the Sundays River Mouth. It is the closest entrance for visitors coming from Gqeberha, and the Southern Access Road runs north from here through the park toward the main game-viewing area and Main Camp. Matyholweni Rest Camp is just beside the gate.
