Fish Eagle Picnic Site is a fenced picnic area on the southern side of Mankwe Dam, set on elevated ground with broad views across the park’s largest dam. The site provides shaded picnic and braai facilities, ablutions and a scenic place to watch wildlife around the water, while exposed red foyaite at the site also provides an opportunity to see part of Pilanesberg’s distinctive volcanic geology.
